I’ve been playing around with Second Life recently and im pretty much hooked.  But one thing I have noticed is that finding what you want in this huge virtual world can be a bit of a chore if you’re a newbie like myself.  So I was glad to find Sloog.org which is adding the familiar tagging system to Second Life.

The concept behind Sloog is simple.  Just grab a copy of the Sloog software from inside Second Life and start tagging places and avatars so you can find them later.  You can access tagged items from the website or “in world”.

This is a definate improvment on the current location bookmarking system which can be very confusing once you’ve saved a number of places.
